Wraparound Care
Our Wraparound Care offers a positive and relaxed environment for your child to enjoy both before and after a busy day at school. Children have the opportunity to participate in their choice of activity which may include: board games, construction, outdoor play, sports, art and craft and role play. Children are able to read or do homework, if they wish to.
Bookings must be made in advance using ParentPay, and all fees are payable in advance.

We are open from 7:50am to 8:40am.
Cost: £4.00 (via ParentPay)
Breakfast is served from 7:50am to 8:20am.
Children can choose from a selection of cereals and toast. Fresh fruit is also on offer. Water, juice and milk are served on a daily basis. Whilst we prefer children to be booked into Breakfast Club in advance, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and we would always welcome children to the club on the day. Payment must be made on ParentPay.
We would like parents and carers to walk with their children to the school’s hall door. Children must not turn up to the Breakfast Club on their own.
We are open from 3.20pm – 5.30pm Cost (Via Parent Pay) £8.50
We offer a healthy snack and drink which is freshly prepared.
Please note: Parents/ carers are required to sign the register when collecting children. If a different adult is collecting your child, please notify the office. The club closes at 5:30pm, therefore children should be collected by this time. A late collection fee will be applicable if a child is not collected before this time.
Prior booking and payment is required for Wraparound Care sessions. This is done through our online booking/payment system ParentPay.
We are able to accept Government Tax-Free Childcare payments and other childcare vouchers. Please inform the school office via an email with either the TFC code or the name of the voucher company.
* If you are using this method of payment you will need to email office@stjohnsce.sbmat.org with the dates/sessions required and with a screenshot/proof of payment. The sessions will then be added manually by the school.

Where fees are not paid within a reasonable time scale, the school reserves the right to decline further club bookings until the account has been settled in order to prevent debt escalating.
