Wraparound Care
Our Wraparound Care offers a positive and relaxed environment for your child to enjoy after a busy day at school. Children have the opportunity to participate their choice of activity which may include: board games, construction, outdoor play, sports, art and craft and role play. There is also a quiet area available for children to read or do homework, if they wish to.
Please download the registration documents below. It is essential that a completed registration document is received for any new children attending our wraparound care clubs before their attendance. Bookings are made on ParentPay along with payment. All fees are payable in advance. Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions contained in the Registration form.

We are open from 7:50am to 8:40am.
Cost: £4.00 (via ParentPay)
Breakfast is served from 7:50am to 8:20am.
Children can choose from a selection of cereals, toast and crumpets (with butter, cream cheese or jam). Yoghurts and fresh fruit are also on offer. Water, juice and milk are served on a daily basis. Children do not have to be booked for the Breakfast Club but we need to have a registration form on file (renewed for each new school year), and payment must be made on ParentPay.
We would like parents and carers to walk with their children to the school’s hall door. Children must not turn up to the Breakfast Club on their own.
We are open from 3.20pm – 5.30pm Cost (Via Parent Pay) £8.50
We offer a healthy snack and drink which is freshly prepared.

Please note: Parents/ carers are required to sign the register when collecting children. If a different adult is collecting your child, please notify the office.
Prior booking and payment is required for Wraparound Care sessions. This is done through our online booking/payment system ParentPay.
We are able to accept Government Tax-Free Childcare payments and other childcare vouchers. Please inform the school office via an email with either the TFC code or the name of the voucher company.
* If you are using this method of payment you will need to email office@st-johns-keele.staffs.sch.uk with the dates/sessions required and with a screenshot/proof of payment. The sessions will then be added manually by the school.
All school policies apply and extend to the Wraparound Care, as this is a school run facility which is overseen by the Headteacher and governed by the Governors.
