Match Funding
Dear Parents/Carers and Grandparents
We NEED YOU!
We can DOUBLE the funds raised for our school with
Match Funding!
An increasing number of both large and small independent companies operate a Match Funding Scheme whereby they ‘match’ charity fundraising that their employees are involved with.
This could be the fundraising total for an event, or for the part that their employee has been involved in.
A lot of bigger organisations set aside millions of pounds to fund such schemes and are more than happy to support their staff in raising money for charities of their choice.
Recently, our treasurer secured Match Funding from her employer – Nat West Bank, against the amount raised at our plant sale! (thank you Debbie!)
All you have to do is enquire with your Human Resources Department to find out if your employer has a Match Funding Scheme, or if they are willing to match funds at any of our events.
It will only take a quick call or email.
This is a very easy way for you to help us raise extra money for your children to benefit from.
Thank you in advance for looking into this, every little helps! (And yes, Tesco have done Match Funding in the past!)
